I am writing to formally notify you of an issue with my recent order, #789456, placed on April 28, 2051. Unfortunately, I received the wrong item in my delivery. Instead of the Smart Home Speaker (Model X100), I received a Bluetooth Headset (Model B200).
I kindly request that you review my order and take the necessary steps to resolve this issue. I would appreciate receiving the correct item as soon as possible. If it is not available, I would prefer a full refund to the original payment method.
