I. Agreement Overview

B. Garden Bed Maintenance

3.1 Prune shrubs and flowering plants to encourage healthy growth and flowering.
3.2 Trim perennials after flowering to promote new growth and maintain aesthetics.

4.2 Provide recommendations for treatments or replacements when necessary.
C. Tree Care

Snow Removal

3.2 Ensure all surfaces are cleared to provide safe access for the Client and their visitors.
III. Service Schedule
A. Regular Services

Services will be provided on a weekly basis during the months of April to November for regular lawn maintenance.

Seasonal services, such as snow removal, will be provided as needed.

Schedule Notification

The Service Provider will provide a service schedule to the Client, detailing the dates and times services will be performed.

Any changes to the schedule will be communicated to the Client at least [48 hours] in advance.

B. Additional Services

IV. Payment Terms
A. Fees

B. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for informing the Service Provider of any known hazards on the property before work begins.

VII. Dispute Resolution
A. Informal Resolution

In the event of a dispute between the parties arising from this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal discussions.

Each party will designate a representative to handle dispute discussions.

B. Formal Resolution

Mediation

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with the rules of Local Mediation Association.

Arbitration
