This Handyman Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this [Date], by and between:

B. Materials and Supplies

II. Terms of Payment

IV. Responsibilities of Each Party
A. Handyman’s Responsibilities

B. Client’s Responsibilities

Provide the Service Provider with access to the property and work area during scheduled service hours.

Ensure the work area is safe and free of hazards.

Supply any materials, such as tiles or specific hardware, if specified in the Agreement.
V. Insurance and Liability
A. Handyman's Liability
The Service Provider maintains general liability insurance coverage to protect against damages or injuries resulting from the work performed. A copy of the insurance certificate is available upon request.
B. Client’s Liability
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the work area is safe and free from any hazards. The Service Provider will not be liable for any accidents or injuries that occur due to unsafe conditions provided by the Client.
VI. Warranties and Guarantees
A. Work Guarantee
The Service Provider guarantees that all work performed under this Agreement will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of [12 months] from the completion date. If any defects arise during this period, the Service Provider will correct them at no additional cost to the Client.
B. Material Warranties
Any materials supplied by the Service Provider are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The Client is encouraged to keep receipts for warranty purposes.
VII. Termination Clause
Conditions for Termination

By the Client: The Client may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the Service Provider fails to begin work within a reasonable time frame or fails to meet the terms of this Agreement.

By the Service Provider: The Service Provider may terminate this Agreement if the Client fails to make timely payments or creates an unsafe work environment.

VIII. Dispute Resolution
