Mutual Agreement to Terminate Employment

Introduction

This Mutual Agreement to Terminate Employment ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Sigmund Corwin ("Employee") and [Your Company Name] ("Employer") as of March 6, 2054.

Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to formally acknowledge and agree upon the termination of the employment relationship between the Employer and the Employee.

Terms and Conditions
