1. Purpose

This Mutual Agreement in Employment (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Jewel Ward, an individual residing at Miami, FL 33101, (hereinafter referred to as the "Employee"), and [Your Company Name], a corporation organized under the laws of [State/Country], with its principal office located at [Your Company Address], (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer").

5. Confidentiality

The Employee acknowledges that during the course of employment, they may have access to confidential and proprietary information belonging to the Employer. The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of this information and not to disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the Employer.

6. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by the Employer for cause, including but not limited to violation of company policies or misconduct, or by the Employee for any reason upon giving 15 days written notice.
