Dear Dr. Adams,
I am writing to express my intent to submit a full research proposal to the Environmental Research Foundation for your upcoming funding cycle, with the goal of investigating the long-term impacts of climate change on coastal ecosystems, specifically focusing on the biodiversity of estuarine environments.
The proposed research, titled "Assessing the Effects of Rising Sea Levels and Ocean Acidification on Estuarine Biodiversity," aims to examine how rising sea levels, increased ocean acidity, and changes in water temperature are affecting the biodiversity of coastal ecosystems, particularly those in the Gulf Coast region.
