Role and Responsibilities
During your internship, you will be responsible for supporting our software development team by assisting in the design and implementation of web applications, performing code reviews, troubleshooting software issues, and contributing to collaborative development projects. You may also be involved in creating documentation and conducting user testing to ensure product quality. -
Schedule and Duration
You are expected to work 20 hours per week from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Adjustments to the schedule can be made to accommodate your academic commitments, provided such changes are discussed and agreed upon in advance. -
Compensation
This is a paid internship. You will receive a stipend of $2,000 per month, which will be paid on the 15th and 30th of each month through direct deposit to your provided bank account. -
Supervision and Mentorship
You will report to Sophia Lee, Senior Software Engineer, who will oversee your progress, provide mentorship, and evaluate your performance. Regular check-ins will be held to ensure alignment with your learning objectives and project goals. -
Confidentiality and Conduct
As part of your internship, you may have access to proprietary and confidential information, including but not limited to software designs, business strategies, and client data. You are required to maintain confidentiality and adhere to TechVision Solutions’ Employee Code of Conduct and Confidentiality Agreement, which you will sign on your first day. -
At-Will Engagement
This internship is intended for educational and experiential purposes and does not constitute an employment relationship. Both parties reserve the right to terminate this internship agreement at any time with prior written notice.
