Elementary School Apology Letter
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL APOLOGY LETTER
June 15, 2053
Elisa West
Green Valley Elementary School
Chula Vista, CA 91909
Dear Ms. West,
I am writing to sincerely apologize for the incident involving my child, John Casper, that occurred during recess on May 18, 2053. I understand that John’s actions, including throwing objects and causing disruption among his peers, were inappropriate and unacceptable within the school environment.
As a parent, I take full responsibility for ensuring John learns the importance of respectful and considerate behavior, both inside and outside the classroom. We have had a serious discussion about the incident, and John is genuinely remorseful for his actions. To address this, he has agreed to write an apology letter to you and to the affected students. Additionally, we will be implementing a rewards and consequences system at home to reinforce positive behavior.
I understand how challenging it must have been for you and the other staff members to manage this situation, and I deeply regret any inconvenience caused to you and the other students in the class.
If there are any specific steps or school-led programs that might help John better integrate these lessons, I would be happy to discuss and support them. Please let me know if a meeting or additional follow-up is required. Thank you for your patience and understanding in guiding my child and supporting their development.
Sincerely,
