II. Ownership Responsibilities

Both Parties agree to provide a safe and loving environment during their custodial periods.
V. Veterinary Care and Emergencies
Routine check-ups and vaccinations will occur annually at ClearFifty Veterinary Clinic, located at San Bernardino, CA 92401.
Emergency care will be provided at Nextiven Clinic. Costs will be split as per Section III.
Both Parties must inform each other immediately of any health concerns or emergencies affecting the dog.
VI. Breeding Rights (If Applicable)
If breeding is planned, the Parties agree to split all costs and profits equally.
Both Parties must consent to any breeding arrangement.
Ownership of puppies produced from breeding will be discussed and agreed upon separately.
VII. Dispute Resolution
Any disagreements arising from this Agreement will first be resolved through mediation.
If mediation fails, disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of the state of California.
VIII. Termination of Co-Ownership
In the event that one Party can no longer care for the dog, ownership will transfer to the other Party upon mutual agreement.
If the dog passes away, this Agreement will terminate immediately.
This Agreement is entered into freely and voluntarily by both Parties, intending to be legally bound.
