I. Agreement Overview
This Legal Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the 13th day of December, 2050, by and between [Your Company Name], a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the state of Texas, with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address], represented by [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and Rocky Orn, an individual residing at Houston, TX 77001, hereinafter referred to as "the Member."

II. Term and Renewal
1. Term of Agreement

III. Membership Rights and Responsibilities

2. Responsibilities of the Member
The Member agrees to adhere to the Company's guidelines and conduct requirements, participate actively in the provided services, and maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the membership. The Member is also responsible for ensuring that all fees and payments are made in a timely manner.
IV. Fees and Payment Terms
1. Membership Fee
The Member agrees to pay an annual membership fee of $1,000. This fee is payable upon the execution of this Agreement and is non-refundable.
2. Payment Terms
Payment can be made through direct bank transfer, credit card, or any other method specified by the Company. Payments must be made to the account or entity designated by the Company. If payment is not received by the due date, the Member’s access to benefits may be suspended until payment is received.
V. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
1. Confidential Information
Both parties acknowledge that during the course of this Agreement, each may be privy to confidential and proprietary information. Both the Company and the Member agree to protect this information from unauthorized disclosure, both during the term of this Agreement and thereafter.
2. Non-Disclosure Obligations
The Member agrees not to disclose or share any confidential information with any third party without the prior written consent of the Company. This obligation shall continue indefinitely beyond the termination of this Agreement.
VI. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, and any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Texas.
VII. Termination of Membership
1. Voluntary Termination by Member
The Member may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to [Your Name] at [Your Email]. Upon termination, the Member will forfeit any unused benefits and fees paid to the Company.
2. Termination by Company
