Professional Full Payment Agreement
This Full Payment Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this 1st day of March, 2050, by and between:
John Doe, hereinafter referred to as the "Client", and
[Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider".
WHEREAS the Client has requested certain services from the Service Provider, and the Service Provider agrees to provide such services as described in this Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. Services to be Provided
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services to the Client:

2. Total Payment

4. Scope of Work

The Service Provider will complete all services listed in Section 1 within the timeline of March 1st, 2050 to September 1st, 2050.

The services will be professionally provided to the Client, following industry standards and best practices.

All deliverables, including the marketing materials and the website, will be submitted to the Client for approval before final completion.
5. Late Payment or Non-Payment

If the Client fails to make the full payment by the due date, a late fee of $1,000 will be charged for every 30 days after the due date.

If payment is not made within 90 days of the due date, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services until payment is received.
6. Termination of Agreement
This Agreement will automatically terminate upon full payment by the Client. However, either party may terminate this Agreement earlier if the terms of the Agreement are breached, subject to the applicable laws.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before seeking other legal remedies. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved by the laws of the State of California, USA.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any information regarding the services and the terms of this Agreement confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
9. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding full payment for services.

Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

In case any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
