I. Parties

IV. Purchase Price

VI. Delivery
The Seller agrees to deliver the truck to the Buyer on or before the 10th day of March, 2066, at the following location: St. Louis, MO 63101.
VII. Warranties
The Seller warrants that they have good and marketable title to the truck, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances.
VIII. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
IX. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties.
