Commercial Truck Sale Agreement
I. Parties
This Commercial Truck Sale Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the 1st day of March, 2066, by and between:

AND
Buyer: Jerrell Lowe, with a principal place of business at St. Louis, MO 63101.
II. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to purchase a commercial truck as described herein.

VI. Delivery

VII. Warranties
The Seller warrants that they have good and marketable title to the truck, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances.
VIII. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
IX. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties.
