Dear Victoria Viper,
I am writing to formally notify you that I would like to terminate the rental agreement for the property located at United States.
Since entering into the rental agreement on Dec-2027, your property has served as my home. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I have made the difficult decision to terminate the agreement.
As outlined in our agreement, I am providing you with the required notice period of 2 months. The termination of this rental agreement will be effective as of Sep-2027.
I would like to express my gratitude for your prompt attention to any maintenance requests during my tenancy. However, despite the positive experiences I have had, it is in my best interest to relocate at this time.
To facilitate a smooth transition, I am committed to ensuring the property is returned to its original condition. I will thoroughly clean the premises and repair any damages, normal wear and tear excluded.
I kindly request that you schedule a final inspection on or after [Inspection Date] to assess the property and determine the return of my security deposit, as outlined in our rental agreement. Please let me know a convenient date and time for the inspection.

Once again, I appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this process. I have attached a completed Termination of Rental Agreement form for your reference and records.
