Dear Mr. Parsons,
I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Coach Oliver Hayes, and I have the privilege of leading the Ice Eagles hockey team this year. Your child has expressed interest and demonstrated promising talent for the sport, and we are excited by the chance to nurture this passion.
This year, we have outlined a program to improve their hockey skills, foster personal growth, teamwork, sportsmanship, and, most importantly, maintain their enjoyment of the sport. We will have twice-weekly practices and monthly matches against neighboring clubs for enhanced development.
We have a dedicated website for schedules, updates, and any other communication and will send out regular email updates. Attendance at practices is crucial, and we would appreciate it if you could ensure your child’s steady presence.
Lastly, we invite you to our season’s opening Parents Meet on 1st October 2050. It will be an excellent opportunity for you to meet with me, other coaches, and parents to understand our objectives, strategy, and operations.
