Dear Ms. Jonas,
I hope this letter finds you well. I regret writing under such unfavorable circumstances, but we must address the issue concerning your lease agreement with our rental property.
This letter is an official communication regarding a breach of the lease agreement. As per clause 3.1 of the contract you signed on January 1, 2050, a timely monthly rental payment is required by the fifth day of each month. Unfortunately, as of today, we have not yet received your rental fee for February 2050.
We kindly ask you to pay the overdue rent within ten (10) business days to avoid further action. If you are currently facing extenuating circumstances that make this payment difficult, don't hesitate to contact our office so we can discuss the matter further.
We want to resolve this matter as kindly and efficiently as possible, so we urge you to pay in due time. We appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. Thank you for being so understanding.
Sincerely,
Carter Dixon
