Dear Ms. Lopez
This is an official notice regarding your rent payment for the property at 606 Ash Street, #789, Hillcrest, CA 90220. Per our lease agreement, rent is due on the first of every month. As of the date of this letter, your account stands in substantial arrears.
Per our agreement, it is now imperative that the overdue rent balance of $1,200.00 be settled by October 5, 2050. Late $100.00 fees also accrue daily.
Failure to comply with this demand may lead to further legal action under state and local laws, including eviction. Your immediate attention to this serious matter is required.
