Dear Mrs. Finnigan,
I am writing to you on behalf of both parties involved, namely Zen Link and Mrs. Janella Finnigan. This letter formalizes our agreement regarding the loan, duration, payment terms, and associated responsibilities.
Zen Link Bank will be obligated to furnish the loan to your satisfaction within the agreed period in this contract. You, Mrs. Finnigan, must ensure timely payments per our pre-arranged schedule. Both parties must maintain confidentiality and agree that the contract can be terminated on mutual agreement, by written notice, or if contract terms are violated. The agreement shall be governed by the laws of Texas.
Please review and sign below to indicate your acceptance of this agreement's terms. This document will be binding only upon both parties' signatures.
