Introduction: Welcome to our yoga classes! Below is the schedule for our upcoming sessions. We encourage you to join us as we explore various yoga practices designed to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Class Schedule

Day: Monday

  • Time: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

  • Activities:

    • Hatha Yoga: Focus on alignment and breath control.

    • Meditation: Cultivate mindfulness and inner peace.

Notes: Please bring a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. All levels are welcome, including beginners.


Day: Wednesday

  • Time: 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM

  • Activities:

    • Vinyasa Flow: Connect breath with movement in a dynamic sequence.

    • Pranayama: Practice various breathing techniques for energy and relaxation.

Notes: Start your day with rejuvenation and vitality. Bring a water bottle and an open mind.


Day: Friday

  • Time: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

  • Activities:

    • Yin Yoga: Gentle stretches held for longer durations to release tension.

    • Yoga Nidra: Deep relaxation and guided meditation for profound rest.

Notes: Allow yourself to unwind and let go of the week's stress. Props like bolsters and blocks are available.


Day: Saturday

  • Time: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

  • Activities:

    • Power Yoga: Build strength, flexibility, and endurance through dynamic movements.

    • Partner Yoga: Explore poses with a friend or partner for connection and support.

Notes: Bring a friend or come solo; either way, expect to leave feeling empowered and uplifted.
