This letter serves as the official Contractor Agreement between [YOUR COMPANY NAME] (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and Jonathan Wilkins (hereinafter referred to as "the Contractor"), effective as of March 15, 2050. 1. Scope of Work
The Contractor agrees to perform the following services for the Company:

2. Compensation
The Company agrees to pay the Contractor a total of $5,000 for the completion of the project. Payment will be made in the following manner:

Deposit: A deposit of $1,500 will be paid to the Contractor upon signing this agreement.

Installment: The second installment of $2,000 will be paid upon delivery of the initial logo concepts by April 5, 2050.

Final Payment: The final payment of $1,500 will be made upon satisfactory completion of the entire project, no later than April 30, 2050.
3. Confidentiality
The Contractor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information provided by the Company during the course of this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, project details, client information, and brand strategies. The Contractor will not disclose any such information to third parties without the prior written consent of the Company.
4. Ownership of Work
Upon receipt of the final payment, all rights, titles, and interest in the deliverables created by the Contractor shall be transferred to the Company. The Contractor retains no ownership rights and agrees not to use or distribute the deliverables for any purpose other than as specified by the Company.
5. Independent Contractor Status
The Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company. As such, the Contractor is responsible for paying all taxes, insurance, and other obligations associated with self-employment. The Company will not withhold any taxes or make any contributions for benefits on behalf of the Contractor.
6. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing 15 days’ written notice to the other party. If the agreement is terminated by the Company before the completion of the project, the Contractor will be compensated for work completed up to the date of termination. The deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Revisions and Amendments
Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. This includes any adjustments to the project scope, timeline, or compensation.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, both parties agree to first attempt mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in San Francisco, CA.
9. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
