Freelance Agreement

1. Scope of Work

Upon full payment, the Client will own all rights to the final deliverables produced by the Freelancer under this Agreement. The Freelancer retains the right to use the work for portfolio purposes.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the term of this Agreement.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 7 days written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client will pay the Freelancer for all work completed up to the date of termination.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
9. Amendments
Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
