Cleaning Schedule

Daily Cleaning Schedule:

• Empty all trash bins and dispose of refuse professionally.

• Wipe down all hard surfaces desks, tables, counters, etc. with appropriate cleaning chemicals.

• Sanitize bathroom fixtures including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.

• Ensure that all floors are vacuumed or swept.

• Restock essential supplies toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.

• Dust and polish furniture where needed.

• Make sure all windows are clean and streak-free.

• Inspect and touch up painted areas where needed.

Weekly Cleaning Schedule:

• Deep clean all flooring: mopping hard floors and carpet cleaning.

• Full bathroom clean including showers/baths, tiles, and grout.

• Thoroughly clean kitchen areas, including inside and outside of appliances.

• Complete cleaning of computer/writing desks, including peripherals keyboard, mouse, etc.

• Clean inside and outside of windows where reachable.

• Dust all surfaces thoroughly, including light fixtures and blinds.

• Polish all metallic and glass surfaces.

Bi-Weekly Tasks:

• Deep clean carpets in high-traffic areas to maintain a fresh and professional appearance.

• Clean windows and glass doors inside and outside to ensure a clear and polished workspace.

• Dust and clean ventilation and air conditioning vents to improve air quality.

• Conduct a thorough inspection of office supplies and equipment, discarding items no longer in good condition.

Monthly Cleaning Schedule:

• Sanitize bins and replace bin bags.

• Deep clean the inside of the refrigerator and other appliances.

• Remove and clean window coverings blinds, drapes etc.

• Wipe light bulbs and fixtures.

• Clear gutters and drains of debris.

• Inspect the building exterior and complete necessary cleaning/ fixes.

• Dust the tops of high surfaces.

Quarterly Tasks:

• Rotate and clean upholstery on office furniture to extend its lifespan.

• Check and replace worn-out or damaged entrance mats to prevent dirt from entering the office.

• Conduct a thorough review of the office space, addressing maintenance or repair needs.

• Evaluate and update the cleaning schedule to reflect changing office dynamics or needs.

• Schedule specialized cleaning services, such as window washing or upholstery cleaning.

Seasonal Cleaning Schedule:

• Pressure wash the building exterior.
