1. Position Details

2. Compensation
Base Salary:
$200,000 per annum, payable in equal installments in accordance with [YOUR COMPANY NAME]'s standard payroll practices.
Bonus Eligibility:
You may be eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 20% of your annual base salary, subject to company policy and performance reviews.
Equity Options:
You will be granted 10,000 stock options, vesting over a four-year period, with a one-year cliff.
3. Benefits

4. Employment Terms
Employment Status:

Probationary Period:

Termination and Severance:
Employment may be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice. In the event of termination without cause, you will receive severance pay equivalent to 3 months of your base salary.
5. Confidentiality and Non-Compete
Confidentiality Agreement:
You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement, which restricts the disclosure of [YOUR COMPANY NAME]’s confidential information during and after your employment.
Non-Compete Clause:
You agree not to engage in any business that competes with [YOUR COMPANY NAME] within a 50-mile radius of our San Francisco office for a period of 12 months following the termination of your employment.
6. Intellectual Property
