  • Windows

  • Walls and Baseboards

Wipe down walls and baseboards, removing scuffs and marks.

  • Carpets

Professionally clean carpets if required. Keep the cleaning receipt.

  • Trash Disposal

Remove and properly dispose of all trash; leave no debris.

  • Keys and Access Cards

Return all keys, access cards, and garage remotes to management.

  • Mail Forwarding

Set up mail forwarding with the postal service to your new address.

  • Final Walkthrough

Conduct a walkthrough with management to document any issues.

  • Utility Shut-Off

Shut off or transfer all utilities (electricity, gas, water) to the new tenant.

  • Photo Documentation

Take photos of the cleaned apartment for your records.
