Empty and clean the refrigerator interior

Sweep and mop the floor.

Empty trash and recycling bins

Clean sink, faucet, and countertops

Scrub and disinfect the toilet.

Scrub bathtub/shower, tiles, and grout

Clean mirrors and wipe down glass shower doors (if applicable)

Wipe down cabinets and drawers.

Sweep and mop the floor.

Wipe down washer and dryer exteriors

Clean the lint trap in the dryer.

Sweep and mop the floor.

Clean patio or balcony area

Wipe down doors and door frames.

Check storage areas (garage, attic, etc.) for cleanliness.

Dispose of any remaining trash or debris.

Perform a final walk-through for missed spots

Ensure all utilities are turned off (if required)

Leave keys and any necessary documents for new tenants/management.
