Check and replace light bulbs in room and bathroom

Inspect heating and air conditioning units

Check for any leaks or water damage (pipes, ceiling)

Test electrical outlets and power strips

Ensure windows close properly and are not damaged

Inspect furniture for damage (desks, chairs, beds)

Check for mold or mildew in damp areas

Repair or report broken furniture or equipment
