Dining Area:

  • Wipe down and sanitize tables and chairs.

  • Dust surfaces such as window sills, ledges, and decor.

  • Arrange seating and dining furniture neatly.

Restrooms:

  • Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, and countertops.

  • Refill soap dispensers, hand towels, and toilet paper.

  • Clean mirrors and wipe down surfaces.

  • Sweep and mop floors.

  • Empty trash bins and replace liners.

Kitchen Area:

  • Clean and sanitize countertops, prep tables, and equipment surfaces.

  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools.

  • Sweep and mop floors.

  • Empty trash bins and replace liners.

  • Check and organize storage areas and walk-in refrigerators/freezers.

Entrance and Reception Area:

  • Clean and polish entryway glass doors and windows.

  • Sweep or vacuum entrance mats and carpets.

  • Wipe down reception counters and surfaces.

  • Arrange menus and promotional materials neatly.

Outdoor Areas (if applicable):

  • Sweep or hose down outdoor seating areas.

  • Wipe down tables, chairs, and umbrellas.

  • Remove debris and trash from outdoor spaces.

General Maintenance:

  • Check for burned-out light bulbs and replace them as needed.

  • Inspect for any maintenance issues such as leaks, loose fixtures, or damaged furniture.

  • Report any maintenance concerns to management for prompt resolution.

Trash and Recycling:

  • Empty all trash bins throughout the restaurant.

  • Separate and dispose of trash and recycling appropriately.

Special Cleaning Tasks (as needed):

  • Clean windows and glass surfaces.

  • Dust light fixtures and ceiling fans.

  • Deep clean carpets or upholstery.
